Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. You may receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. For some shipping locations, a tracking number is not available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and type of shipping purchased.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside of Canada and Qatar, customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay this will cause the order to be sent back to us. In this case you will receive a partial refund (return shipping fees, customs, and duties will be deducted).
