Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. You may receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. For some shipping locations a tracking number is not available. -
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and type of shipping purchased. -
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. -
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay will result in a "forfeited" package and no refund will be issued. - Carrier Delivery Confirmation: If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly to initiate a lost, missing, or stolen package claim. As the carrier is responsible for the delivery and investigation process, our support team is unable to assist with or manage carrier claims. Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost, missing, or stolen packages and will not issue refunds, replacements, or store credits for orders that are confirmed delivered. Any compensation, if available, must be pursued directly through the carrier.
