Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. 

How to Start a Return
Please log into your account (https://account.shoposai.com/), find your order and request a return via the online form. We will reach out to you with next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Shipping costs and duties are not refunded.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, place a new order with the preferred item and request a return for the current item.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping. This means purchasing a return label and dropping off the package at a postal office. If you are outside of Canada, this also includes paying for any custom or duty fee for the package to return to us. The amount paid for customs and duties will be deducted from your refund.

Please note even if you received free shipping on your order, you are still responsible for paying for return shipping.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on final sale or clearance items ("last chance" section on our website).

We do not offer price match adjustments or credit for items that went on sale after your purchase date.

We do not offer refunds for items refused at delivery. For example, refusal to pay custom fees when the package is being delivered will result in a "forfeited" package and we will not issue any refunds in this case.

Damaged Items
Contact us within 5 days of receiving a damaged item. Email your order number and photos to support@shoposai.com. Claims made outside of this timeframe may be denied.
