Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. 

How to Start a Return
Please contact us at support@shoposai.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, let us know when you request a return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
