We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at support@shoposai.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Shipping costs is not refunded.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, let us know when you request a return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping. This means purchasing a return label and dropping off the package at a postal office. If you are outside of Canada or Qatar, this also includes paying for any custom or duties fee for the package to return to us. The amount paid for custom and duties will be deducted from your refund.
Customs and Duties
If you're shipping to outside of Canada or Qatar, your order will be subject to customs and duty fees. If you refuse to pay, your order will be sent back to us and you will receive a partial refund (custom and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund).
