Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please log into your account (https://account.shoposai.com/), find your order and request a return via the online form. We will reach out to you with next steps. Alternatively please email us at support@shoposai.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note any costs associated with returning (shipping, customs, duties), are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Contact us within 5 days of receiving a damaged item. Email your order number and photos to support@shoposai.com and we’d be happy to assist you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale or clearance items ("last chance" section on our website).
We do not offer price match adjustments or credit for items that went on sale after your purchase date.
We do not offer refunds for items refused at delivery. For example, refusal to pay custom fees when the package is being delivered will result in a "forfeited" package and we will not issue any refunds in this case.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, place a new order with the preferred item and request a return for the current item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
